The firm began with Irving Oxman who first began practicing law in 1941, after graduating from the University of Colorado Law School. Irving Oxman zealously represented his clients until he was 90 years old. He was, and is, well regarded for his advocacy, his trustworthiness and his honesty. Irving Oxman built a strong, client-centered, result oriented practice that continues to this day.
Stephen
In 1974, after graduating from the University of Arizona followed by the John Marshall Law School in Chicago, Stephen Oxman, Irving’s son, joined the firm establishing Oxman & Oxman, P.C.
Stephen has been practicing law for over 40 years, specializing in the areas of Family Law (divorce and child custody matters), Contract Law, Wills, Estate Planning and Real Estate Law. Stephen has successfully advocated for thousands of clients in all types of complex legal matters. He is a tenacious litigator who cares deeply for his clients and their cases.
Chad
In 2012, Chad Oxman, Stephen’s son (Irving’s grandson) and third generation, joined the firm. Chad’s primary area of practice is Criminal Defense. Chad received his undergraduate degree from Temple University in Philadelphia and his law degree from the University of Denver.
Chad has successfully litigated thousands of criminal cases ranging from DUI to First Degree Murder. Chad has also successfully defended individuals in immigration removal proceedings. He is a skilled trial attorney who has been able to achieve amazing results for his clients.
